Thank you for your interest in participating in the Cut Bank Chamber of Commerce Holiday Bazaar! Our Holiday Bazaar is a cherished community tradition that brings together shoppers and vendors to celebrate the holiday season. Our goal is to provide a fun, high-quality shopping experience while supporitng local businesses, artisans, and entreprenuers.

Please Note: Submitssion of an application does not guarentee acceptance. Vendor selection is baed on product variety,s pace availability, and overall event balance.

Vendor Rules & Policies

To ensure a safe, family-friendly, and enjoyable event for all attendees, vendors agree to the following:

  • Only products approved through the application process may be displayed or sold.

  • Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, permits, and licensing requirements.

  • No firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, weapons, or weapon accessories may be displayed, sold, or promoted at the Holiday Bazaar.

  • No illegal substances, drug paraphernelia, tobacco, nicotine, vaping products, alchohol, or age-restricted products may be sold.

  • Food vendors must comply with all applicable health department regulations and obtain any required permits.

  • Vendors are responsible for maintaininga clean, safe, and professional booth throughout the event.

  • Vendors may not extend displays, racks, or merchandise beyond their assigned booth space without prior approval.

  • Vendors must remain set up until the event concludes at 3:30pm. Early tear-down is not permitted except in the event of an emergency or prior approval.

  • Booth assignments are determined by the event organizer and may change based on event layout, and operational needs.

  • The Cut Bank Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse or remove any vendor, display, product, or activity deemed unsafe, offensive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the family-friendly nature of the event.

  • The Chamber is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or personal property.
